AUS have a slow start to the first set versus NT. An ace from Shae and good passing from Emma McEwen kick starts the team. They take the lead. Setting and hitting errors allow NT to catch up but high hitting from Schulz keeps AUS in front. Ru Kwok pushes out the lead with a seven serve run and Rhi and Steph Collins are subbed on halfway through the set. Judd gains two quick kills, one tip, and AUS take the set with ten points to spare.

A strong serve from Sophie Paine and a kill overpass from Kwok starts off the second set. Strong blocking and smart hitting from Kwok and Stojanovic through the middle puts AUS ahead in points. The pressure is put on the Northern Territory to return the serves of the AUS girls. Jen Sadler swings hard and sharp for many kills. The team takes the set easily 25-9

SET 3 Aus defeated Northern Territory 25:10
Starting rotation: Paine, Judd, Kwok, Sadler, Collin, Stojanovic, McEwen (lib)
The final set begins with several errors from the Australian team but they quickly regain their balance and a serving run of three aces from Rhi Judd puts them in front. Confident hitting by Kwok and Stojanovic wins numerous points for their side. Stojanovic pushes the team even further in front with a six serve run. Collins swinging hard and powerfully gives the team momentum and they finish the set 25-15.
